"Bonita" Chocolate

Because Abuelita's chocolate is so much harder to say. And it really doesn't matter what it's called to them, just so they can stand at the stove and stir with a whisk, watching it foam; cracking ice-cubes from a tray and plop-plopping them in when it's done. More than anything, I believe that's what makes them ask for it. It's a thrill:)

In this house much of the family prefer the good ol', "Warm and soothing, deep, rich, chocolaty goodness" of Swiss Miss. The "Bonita" ones are outnumbered actually.

Nestle Abuelita's is a Mexican hot chocolate. It's creamy, rich and tastes of cinnamon. It's authentic:)

You should try it sometime,

  1. A pot?

I'd be in over my head. It's all I can do to correctly mix powder and water.
